Coaching Packages
Based on your needs – a bank of coaching time
can be established. The allocation of hours then
remains flexible, allowing you to decide how to
"invest" your coaching hours, month by
month. One month’s service may focus on a
team that’s in trouble, and the next month’s
coaching might concentrate on an executive preparing
for a presentation to the board or a sales person
struggling to meet quotas. I will typically work
with multiple executives and teams in one organization,
in any given month.
